Shorten first-time setup

Customers want to reach their first useful result before configuring an entire workspace.

What’s behind the signal

“I just wanted to try it with one project. The setup asked me to plan our whole team first.”

Next question: what can wait until after the first project?

Good feedback.
Currently in six different places.

Support conversations. Interview notes. That message someone saved in Slack. Start by getting them onto the same page.

From conversation to conviction

Find the pattern.
Make the call.

You don’t need another pile of feedback.
You need a way to see what it’s telling you.

  1. 1

    Bring the voices together.

Import notes and feedback. Keep the original words, the source, and the context they came with.

  2. 2

    See what keeps coming up.

Connect related requests to a shared need. A loud comment and a recurring problem deserve different attention.

  3. 3

Choose a next move you can explain.

Review the evidence with your team. Decide what to explore, what to build, and what can wait.

A priority list is good.
Knowing why is better.

Keep the customer’s words beside the decision. When someone asks “why this?”, you can point to the pattern that brought you here.

The recurring need

“Let me try it before I bring my team in.”

A few things
you might be wondering.

Can I use Vantaro today?

Vantaro is in early development, and we’re inviting product teams to help shape it. The preview above introduces the workflow we’re working toward. Request early access to hear when there’s a place for your team.

Who is it for?

Founders, product managers, and small software teams who already have customer feedback but struggle to turn it into a shared product direction.

Does Vantaro decide our roadmap?

Your team makes the call. Vantaro’s job is to bring related feedback and its sources together so you can judge the evidence. A pattern is a starting point for a decision, not an instruction.

Which sources will be supported first?

We’re starting with interview notes and CSV feedback exports. Native connections to tools such as Intercom, Slack, and Linear are on the roadmap; they aren’t available yet.

What happens when I request access?

We save your email and optional team context to our early-access list. We’ll use them to contact you about Vantaro. There’s no account to create or payment to make. You can ask to remove your details at any time.
